myself I find it's very stable it's it's
easy to sit on and what Oh we're not

things your poop says about your health
well as gross as it may sound the color
and shape of your stool can reveal a lot
about your health
any changes you might notice can be a
sign of a serious disease don't ignore

normal color of stool is brown it may
vary slightly from time to time
depending on what you eat but a sudden
color change for no obvious reason can
