channel and today's video we are going
to talk about the email issues with your
iphone now email issue can happen for
very multiple reasons first of all it
can happen because of the bad internet
issues or it can also happen because of
the server down okay
well now the very first thing i want you
guys to take a look at is your internet
okay you simply can open up your browser
and just try to load up anywhere just to
see whether your internet is working
correctly or not now if something goes
with your internet then all you can do
you simply can turn on that airplane
mode what around few second and then
turn it back off or you can either
switch from your wi-fi to a cellular or
cellular to your wi-fi now right
afterward once you make sure that your
internet is working completely fine then
once again just open up your browser and
then all you have to do you just need to
check out the server now here's the
things okay now it can be your you know
your email can be with this email or
your can be with the yahoo it can be any
email that you're literally using on
your iphone right you simply can open up
your browser now type apple system
status if you're using apple or if
you're using gmail you can say or you
can type google server status then
you're going to get the result with i'll
just go with the apple and then you're
going to see this option called a
support system status just go ahead and
open it on and here just go ahead and
tap on plus and here you have to check
out that
icloud mail options okay now here
i'll go ahead and show you there now as
you guys can see the icloud mainly right
there which is available that means it
is available right now and it should
work complete fine now let's go ahead
and take a look at for the google gmail
okay now for google you can say or type
exactly the same thing and then simply
go ahead and open up the google workshop
status and here if you come down here
you're gonna see this email right here
should come down here and then if you
see the green mark right here that means
it is working completely fine okay now
even after checking that server is
working completely fine now what are the
next things that you can do okay the
next things that you guys can do to
simply open up your settings and then
scroll down to your mail
and then tap your accounts now choose
your mail that you're having issues with
okay so it can be your gmail icloud
yahoo doesn't matter so all you can do
simply can choose your mail and then
simply delete your account
and right afterward just go ahead and
add them all back to your device to see
if that works or not so here you can
come to the same section simply tap add
account choose your account from here
and then simply go ahead and wait your
accounts again so i'll tap continue and
just go ahead and log in with your
account once again
now while you're doing that make sure to
turn on your mail option from here so
that you can solve your problem almost
immediately after that just tap save and
then just um close that application and
all you can do guys just go ahead and
quickly keep a force restart okay
just go ahead and press that volume up
button and down button and quickly press
and hold your power button and keep that
in holding unless you see that apple
logo appears
now after doing this process if we're
still having the same problem last thing
that we want you guys to take a look at
is your network because customizing your
network settings can
cause these issues okay now here open up
your settings and scroll down to your
general and scroll down to your transfer
and reset iphone and tap reset and here
you're going to see the second option
called refit network settings go ahead
and tap in there
tap this in network settings
and then your iphone is going to take a
restart and it is going to fix your
problem and right afterward just go
ahead and just connect your iphone to
your wi-fi or cellular and then your
problem will be solved
