Have you ever run into an issue like this?

The iPad got into an endless boot loop,

with an Apple Logo flashing on a white or black screen.

For some of you, it could stay on the Apple logo screen for hours.

Fortunately, we have found some troubleshooting solutions for this issue.

Here I'd like to walk you through each of them.

Let's get started.

So if you don’t have a computer handy, here is how to do a force restart.

For an iPad with home button, is press and hold both the power and home button,

and release them when apple logo appears.

It didn't seem to work.

Let’s move on to the next solution: update or restore iPhone using iTunes,

So once opened it, plug your iPad into the computer.

Then put it into recovery mode.

Like the force restart, press and hold both the power and home button till you see the connect to computer screen.

Then iTunes should suggest an update or restore.

You'll want to go with the update right here, if you prefer not to lose any data.

It’s saying iTunes will update your iPad to iOS 14,

hit update again to confirm.

Your device will now go through the update process.

For some reason, iTunes could give you errors like this,

Unable to open file!
