Have you ever run into an issue like this?
The iPad got into an endless boot loop,
with an Apple Logo flashing on a white or black screen.
For some of you, it could stay on the Apple logo screen for hours.
Fortunately, we have found some troubleshooting solutions for this issue.
Here I'd like to walk you through each of them.
Let's get started.
So if you don’t have a computer handy, here is how to do a force restart.
For an iPad with home button, is press and hold both the power and home button,
and release them when apple logo appears.
It didn't seem to work.
Let’s move on to the next solution: update or restore iPhone using iTunes,
So once opened it, plug your iPad into the computer.
Then put it into recovery mode.
Like the force restart, press and hold both the power and home button till you see the connect to computer screen.
Then iTunes should suggest an update or restore.
You'll want to go with the update right here, if you prefer not to lose any data.
It’s saying iTunes will update your iPad to iOS 14,
hit update again to confirm.
Your device will now go through the update process.
For some reason, iTunes could give you errors like this,
then says your iPad can't be updated, you must restore it to factory settings.
What if you prefer not to go down this road?
Then here goes the third solution, repair iOS with Reiboot.
You'll find the link in the description below if you'd like to download.
So once installed, make sure your device is still connected and in recovery mode.
Now go to the repair operating system section.
It says the repair can fix the stuck on Apple logo issue without data loss.
Go ahead and hit fix now.
In this step you’ll get the latest iOS 14 firmware for your device,
hit download to continue.
Once downloaded, we can start the repair.
A progress bar will reflect the entire process.
Well done, now it says the repair process has completed,
and you can see the iPad has come up to the home screen.
The repair feature requires a license for Reiboot, here are all the plans for you.
That’s it.
Thanks for watching.
See you in the next video.
